Modern Front Door Handle Set with Single Cylinder Deadbolt | Heavy Duty Entry Lockset

This handle set replaced dated hardware on my front door and made a noticeable difference in how the entrance looks. The antique brass finish is warm without being shiny or brassy, and the square exterior backplate paired with a round interior knob gives it a clean, updated look that doesn't feel trendy.

It feels substantial in hand. The zinc alloy construction has good weight, the deadbolt throws smoothly, and the thumb turn operates without any grinding or play. The handle and latch feel secure and well-fitted rather than loose or hollow. The doorknob was comfortable to grip.

Installation was straightforward with a regular screwdriver. The latch adjusts between 2-3/8" and 2-3/4" backsets, so it fit the existing door prep without drilling or modifications, and the reversible design means it works on either left- or right-handed doors. All the necessary hardware was included.

For the price, this is a good-looking, well-built upgrade. Before ordering, check that your door is between 1-3/8" and 1-3/4" thick and note your backset measurement.

This handle set with deadbolt looks fantastic. It actually feels quite solid. However, on the backside one can see that the metal could be a little thicker. I'm not talking about the need for solid metal , but I do find that the molding seems slightly thinner than premium. Nevertheless, everything is built very well and finished perfect perfectly.

The door latch and handle with the door latch release will work perfectly. The deadbolt operates smoothly and comes with plenty of keys. The finish on the handles and knobs and their back plates. All looks very consistent and quiet pleasing to the eye. This is a more antique brass look. The finish does look a little unique in that it seems to be done on top of a galvanizing, creating an interesting texture to the bronze coloring. Installation is pretty straightforward for anybody who's don't one of these. A template is provided to help accurately measure out the location of everything just in case none of the holes have already been bored through. Overall, this is a very sharp set and a good value for the money. I inspect with regular maintenance cleaning and lubrication, this should last quite a while.
